1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Bharat Express Logistics Pvt Ltd (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bharat Express Logistics Pvt Ltd provides air freight, domestic transportation, door-to-door delivery, same-day delivery, pharmaceutical freight, and e-commerce logistics services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the actual value of the shipment, subject to applicable regulations and tariff provisions. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Clients must declare accurate shipment values and contents.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited: hazardous materials without proper documentation, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, live animals (without proper permits), currency, and any items restricted by Indian law or the laws of the destination. Violation may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the agreed terms in the service contract. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to hold shipments pending payment resolution. All prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

6. Claims

All claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. Claims must be supported by relevant documentation including proof of value, photographs of damage, and the original bill of lading. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

7. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bharat Express Logistics Pvt Ltd and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of the client’s use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
